Angela van Breemen is a Canadian author, poet, and soprano soloist. Her paranormal crime thriller series, the David Harris and Emma Jackson Mysteries, includes Past Life’s Revenge (2024), a Bronze Medal winner in the Global Book Awards and the BookFest Awards, and Revenge Is Not Enough (2025), which also received a Global Book Awards Bronze Medal. The third novel in the series, Revenge Not Taken Lightly, was released in May 2026.
Angela is also the author of the poetry collection Whispers in the Dancing Wind (2025) and the Celtic-inspired debut music album In the Breeze (2024), which features several original songs based on her poetry.
She is currently working on an illustrated three-part children’s series titled Iggy the Iguana Saves the Rain Forest.
When she is not writing or performing music, she volunteers with Procyon Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre in Ontario, supporting the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned wildlife.
